A yellow coconut curry stir fry w veggies and chicken. Full disclosure: it’s a bagged kit from Costco. Will find out in a bit if it’s worth a damn. ETA: it is surprisingly tasty, with a bit of heat. Taylor Farms is the brand—I don’t usually buy the prefab veggie stir fry kits, but coconut curry caught my eye.

Have a bolognese sauce in the oven right now.

Five cheese tortellini to go with it....if the sauce is ever done.

ETA:

Boiled 4 sacks.
18 adults and 16 children thus far at the house. I had an inflatable jumphouse and water slide delivered at 8AM that we will keep until Wednesday.

8 cases of beer down as of 6:25pm. No masks to report.

I hope you baws in LA know how good you have it. There used to be quite a few mudbug farms here in SC, but almost all of them are gone now.

The only time you can readily get them is when they have the annual Rosewood Crawfish Festival here.

More HomeChef meals. Did two of them tonight.

Beef and poblano tamale pie. Chicken topped with cream cheese and cheddar and crispy onions (I added bacon). Green beans (I added bacon).

Some good looking dinners in here tonight. TB, that Cuban and sides look awesome.

So brave.

Fired up the smoker for the first time with a butt, ribs, pork belly "burnt ends", and some boudin. Made potato salad from the boil Thursday and some Mac and cheese.
