Vodka waters.

I'm scrambling to get ready for and super anxious about my upcoming vacation, so trying to pack and clean and make sure I don't forget anything. Food seems hard.

We leave Thursday for 15 days in Japan!

We've been before, but not in the winter, and while it's slightly warmer there than in Boston, we are spending some time on an island that will probably see lower temps and snow, so packing is more complicated this time since there are so many different forecasts involved.

The crust is one cup of mozzarella, 1/2 cup of parm and 2 eggs. Mix, pat out on parchment paper and bake at 350 for 15-20 min. Then top however you like it and bake another 5 min or so. Cool a few minutes before slicing.

Is that what you were asking?

Of course, none of the subs are as good as real crust, but this tastes pretty good!

Boys had karate this evening. I just ate a turkey and ham sandwich. The rest of the clan had Cane's on the way to the dojo of whatever in the frick you call it.

Oh. You can also add some Italian seasoning and or garlic powder and the like to the crust mixture for extra flavor.
