Thanks. I use Italian seasoning on tons of stuff. Is that any healthier than a breaded crust?

Depends on how you eat normally. If you do low carb/keto and are fairly strict about it, it is compliant and the better route. If you are not focused on carbs the rest of the time, you are missing the whole averaging out component that makes low carb successful for fat loss.

I know that at Lit Pizza for example, the cauliflower crust is actually 60 calories higher than regular, but if you are low carb all the time it all averages out.
