I’m not going to lie. We had a voila ranch chicken frozen skillet meal. It was pretty dang good.

Heat oil in wok over high heat. Stir fry each ingredient individually and set aside. Mix the curry paste in the coconut milk, then add fish sauce. Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for ~3minutes. Combine all previously cooked ingredients. Right before serving, stir in Thai basil and lime juice.
