I've had the laziest, raniest day. Obviously, so as not to disrupt the natural order of my day off, I ordered pizza.

Pepperoni and black olive, a couple of steak and cheese rolls and some mozzarella sticks. Hit the spot and I have tons of leftovers.

Vodka waters.

Flour and oil and a cast iron pot. High heat, stir like crazy.

I just put down this year’s crop of Brussels, so I am using the last of last year's. Green onion deer sausage and sprouts in a foil pack. Easy night.

You two live in the same city, you need to go over there sometime and let her cook you some of that no carb goodness.

I’ve had success with pork rinds run through the food processor to use as a coating for fried or baked foods. Or a combo of almond flour and grated parm. Good luck!

And yes, mostly low carbing, except when I’m not.
