Baked catfish, green peas. My wife’s favorite. Had creamed corn and a salad, too.

I roasted a pork loin wrapped in some apple smoked bacon, whipped up some sweet potato casserole with plenty of cinnamon and pecans, some rice dressing, and steamed the last fresh corn I'll buy this year.

There is no ice cream tonight, but I don't think I could eat any after that feast.

I cooked up some Manda’s green onion sausage that was in the freezer. That shite was terrible. It had the consistency of bologna or hot dogs. No flavor except salt.

When did this happen to Manda’s?

I’m sure I bought it because it was on sale, but I won’t be fooled again. My dog didn’t even eat the piece I gave her.
