That is some very good looking gumbo.

I had wings and a few fries.

Threw some chicken thighs on the pit. Indirect heat and left them alone until done. Pit got a little hot but it was all good. Put some green beans on the plate as a side.

I hope that's some weird refraction in your photo and not a true representation of your toe nails.

I tried on of the spicy chicken sandwiches from Popeyes. It was really really good but not life changing like the other thread is saying.

I will say the chicken portion was huge. It was very tasty. Chic fila will survive :)

Oops! Made it go away. 62 years of wear and tear. Can you recommend a pedicurist? :)

Equal parts ground beef and Italian sausage, browned and seasoned.

Add mushrooms, diced onions and bell pepper, parsley, and let the veg soften.

Add a little stock. Simma down!

Combine shredded mozzarella and grated cheddar with the mixture and stuff into parboiled peppers, top with Parmesan.

In oven at 350 till Parm starts browning. Took about an hour.

(Parboiling peppers is my preference, I know you don’t do it.)

Oh yeah, I added some pine nuts at same time I added cheese to the mix.

Rice would’ve been great mixed in, but I didn’t do it.

On a 3 day water fast that ends tonight at midnight so I'll be eating again then

So I spent the last 24 hours making roasted chicken bone broth with organic free range chicken legs and chicken feet, they bring a great deal of collagen to the party. Which is really really good for you!
