Pork tenderloin smothered in homemade tomato gravy, spaghetti and Steamed broccoli. Salad with cucumber, onion and tomato- dressing was white wine vinegar, olive oil, fresh basil and garlic.

I pulled some country ribs out of the freezer and have them in a brine right now. I'm gonna rub them down with a mesquite rub and then throw them on a fast grill. I've got some brussels sprouts that I'm gonna roast simply with oil salt and pepper and toss with some balsamic. And I have some Velveeta shells and cheese because we fancy over here.

two kinds of quiche, ham and gruyere with sauteed onion and garlic, and crawfish and cheddar with sauteed onion, bell pepper and garlic. They both turned out real good.
