I just picked up 50lbs of fresh white shrimp, going to boil some or maybe barbecueque shrimp.

Tacos with left over pork roast from Sunday. Mexican cauliflower rice.

Got a chicken enchilada casserole in the oven right now and a cold crisp salad in the fridge.

Grilled chicken breast and pesto
Broccoli

Roasted sweet potatoes and chicken breasts, still in the oven.

In the meantime, here was lunch.

I did a lot of things that I usually never do for dinner tonight

Bought store seasoned/marinated thin cut ribeye

Ate a steak on a random tuesday night

Cooked it to med well....on purpose

Added steak sauce at the table

Damn if it was not good, not a “ prime steak dinner” that is usually reserved for weekends with a much better piece of meat cooked med rare, but was very enjoyable

Cornbread Stuffed Bake Chicken, Salad. The SO had key lime pie...I did not.

Air fried wings.

I have some quail in the freezer and have no clue what to do with them.

Make a pineapple salad and remember the old times

Leaf of iceberg topped with a ring of canned pineapple with a dollop of mayo in the center and grated cheddar cheese, sounds horrible but we used to love them, might do that tomorrow
