Corn maque choux
Sweet potato and brussel sprout hash.


Im kind of excited about cooking this in an hour or so. Sorry I couldnt wait until dinner to post this.

I love making this, tossed in maple syrup

Making grilled chicken teriyaki skewers, fried rice, and broccoli.

Funny, I'm doing this Thursday night and I've never done (or even heard of) such a thing until I decided to make it.

How are you doing it? I'm using ground pork, ground beef, and shrimp.

Trader Joe's sells something like a maple apple chicken sausage, so I do that sausage and toss it with the sweet potato and sprouts. Usually do red onions in the hash mix too.
