Baked red snapper with lemon butter sauce. I wish I'd made a lemon butter cream, but it's tasty as is.

Lemme dig it up

TD to instant pot beans thread
Here you go:

I usually do it this way:

Soak beans for at least 3 hours

Cut sausage up (your choice, if going to the store I get Vernon)

Put IP on saute mode

Brown sausage, then pull

I make a quick roux

Add seasoning and cook down

Turn off saute mode

Add beans, and water about 1/2 inch above beans

Add sausage, and a ham hock

Add better than bouillon

Put on bean mode and change time to 25 minutes

Done
