Fasting

My wife has been after me to make my crispy grill/fried wings so I took a package of wings out of the freezer on Tuesday and put them to marinate in homemade buttermilk this morning. I was cutting it close this afternoon while out trying to figure out what to get her for her birthday but getting home after 4:00pm the afternoon I was still able to pull it off getting them grilled and making Thai Fried Rice and frying some fries. Sounds like a crazy meal but it all kind of works. Lol.....

Of course the fries came out perfect with me forgetting about them frying outside. Usually when I want them to come out great they don't but that's what happens when you watch them fry.




Thai Fried Rice



Time to eat!!!!! This was a pretty satisfying meal. I tossed some wings with an apricot/pineapple/jalapeno glaze with was awesome.
