Another way to cook pork butt for Captain Ray.

20mn in instant pot then finished on gril. Reduce and blend veggies to make salsa.

At a place called oishi sushi in Chesapeake VA. First time here. Getting tired of the TV dinners at the hotel.

Pulled pork sandwiches and cole slaw.

I love au gratin or scalloped potatoes, but that casserole makes my eye twitch. Might I suggest lining it with parchment paper next time and saving yourself the trouble of getting all that baked on stuff off of it?

Nope. Parmesan-reggiano and Gruyere cheese. It is from serious eats. It really wasn’t that much work but it was my first time making it. We really enjoyed it. I will make it again.
