We had standard issue Memorial Day grilled burgers and such for lunch at the lake. Dinner will be leftover speckled trout, new meat pies, smoked stuffed chicken breast that she picked up yesterday in Krotz Springs, and leftover potato salad for a plethora of options this evening.
I'm curious on the stuffed chicken breast. The price tag was $16 and she thought it was a whole chicken and a great deal. The sumbitch better be stuffed with gold chips for $16/ tit.

I wanted a burger so I went to Evolution, a vegan fast food joint here in San Diego. There was nothing fast about the food, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt considering they opened not long ago (I think?).
I got the cheeseburger with the homemade black bean patty and buffalo chick'n wings. I'm gonna try the tempeh patty next time - since that's actually what i ordered but ended up with the bb... It was good anyway
