What a day and weekend!!!

I just finished cooking breakfast for Junior and the pregnant little Mrs for the week. They have egg muffins, several different omelet concoctions, pound and a half of bacon, hash browns, and biscuits in daily containers now in the freezer.

Next, I'm grilling four center cut pork chops, couple of chicken breasts, and a pack of venison boudin will simmer for dinner tonight as well as lunch tomorrow.

Just smashed down a pizza from the wood fire oven at Dolce Vita

Also happy hour is $2 off pizzas.

Smoked a:

Milano Pizza Chef Bogdan's choice. Italian meats-capicola, prosciutto, salsicca seca, sopressata, and pancetta.

Got extra buffalo mozzarella for $2 (negated the two bucks off for HH)

On the way we swooped in to Brady's wine warehouse (first time in there) over in the WHD/central city and grabbed a bottle of vouvray and had a glass w/ my pizza.

Glad u like to cook, 4... Mine would tell me I wasnt sacrificing my time because I was doin what I enjoyed

Took some under cooked prime ribeye caps from last night to room temp today... Seared them on a 800 degree grill tonite. Youngest said his char was "too much, little burnt for me".. And he was right.... But I likes it anyway. Inside purrrfect. Crust is strong doe. Cant gripe about it bein leftover tho....
