Found a pork loin and a recipe that used red wine in the au jus. It was a win/win to finish the bottle with the meal. I added carrots and mushrooms because I had them and don't know any better. I don't cook, because I suck. Open to criticism as I'm trying to learn.

I've had tears streaming down my face since I posted that pic. I had completely forgotten about it. I only wish I had concocted such a beautiful meal.
