Thought I was gonna do a beef stir-fry or something with crawfish tail meat. Had leftover steak & butternut squash instead. Sometimes life gets in the way.

I'm not really sure. Just got out of class and I have a night of studying ahead, but I'm not in the mood for run-of-the-mill cheap eats (pizza, fast food, a burger, etc.)

Might grab Chelsea's since it's right down the street and inexpensive yet yummy.

Sauteed spinach, peppers, onions, and mushrooms on top of a piece of toast. A poached egg on top of all that. Topped with honey mango sauce. Next time I'll post a pic.

That looks really good. Mild italian sausage cooked on the stove over sweet onion and yellow bell pepper. Anderson Valley Hop Ottin IPA.
