Had my birthday dinner at a Argentine restaurant in Ybor City. Ordered the Argentine sampler and got a skirt steak, chicken breast, a pork chop, Argentine sausage, beef short ribs, blood sausage and sweetbread (aka thymus gland) plus two huge sides of fried yuca and black beans. Served with fresh bread, chimichurri and a habanero hot sauce. Fricking amazing...

If ever in Tampa I highly recommend the "El Peurto" restaurant..

Dangit u. Wasnt gonna post due to poor lighting (im not a flash kinda guy)

Small salad

Lamb lollipops

Will say, had lamb at Mazens, Ember, and 121. Mazens is a rack, so technically not counted in the contest..... But lollipops n a cast iron skillet at Ember has 121 beat. Bartender at 121 wasnt terribly pleasant either. Salad was good tho.

Both the salad and the lamb looks good. Too bad they weren't your fave, but you can check that off the old bucket list.
