Otis, do you sear your chops at any point? I put some in my air fryer yesterday, and they were looking sad about halfway through and I didn’t want to risk it; so I took them out and reverse seared.

Could 100% be user error.

Wife’s working but besides being Halloween, it’s our 37th wedding anniversary. Didn’t treat myself too much, since she’s working. Will try to do better when she’s off. :)

I order them from a local guy who supplies specialty/ higher end type foods to restaurants. They are fantastic

Sorry I just stumbled across this, LL. I didn't sear...cooked at 425F and had nice color when done. I'm an air fryer nube, but it worked fine.
