Some sort of asian bowl with miso/honey glazed salmon. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

We had Jerk Chicken here tonight!

It's been a while and I thought it was time for some Jerk Chicken.

I put the chicken to marinate yesterday morning with the intention to grill it last night. But, with the impending bad weather we were supposed to have I decided to wait until this evening to cook it. It was windy as heck this evening but I figure it just made more people in the neighborhood know that someone was grilling some Jerk chicken tonight. The smells were amazing and mouth watering if I may say so.

When having a certain food it helps to have the right beer paired with it.

The other day I stopped in at Restaurant Depot and saw something I've not seen before. Jerk BBQ sauce. Of course I grabbed a bottle to try. Good stuff and will buy again.

Tossed some chunks of pineapple on the Keg to grill and help with the heat from the Jerk.

Time to eat!!!

Don't let that sparse plate fool you. I went back for seconds.

Dutch oven cooking at it's finest.

I remember those days very well.
