Went to HEB over the weekend and they had a sample station set up with a recipe for carné guisada nachos.

It's their brand of already seasoned meat, a can of rotel tomatoes and an onion all go into a crock pot until tender.

Heat up some refried beans in a sauce pan.

Place the beans on tortilla chips first, then the meat and veggies. Finish with shredded cheese.

Really good and super easy to make.

Made Mississippi roast in the crockpot except with chicken instead of beef. Serving over Bob Evans mashed potatoes. That is the level of cooking I am at right now

I’ve never bought them bc I’d have to buy several containers - unless they come in really big containers I haven’t seen
