Bastardized version of “after the boil soup”. Took the garlic, onions, sausage, mushrooms, and corn from our crawfish boil yesterday and added some shrimp, roasted red peppers, spinach, Alfredo sauce and put it over some pasta. The kids, and even my wife who is very indifferent about shrimp really liked it.

I went to Clawdaddys for the first time. I was impressed. $1 oysters. They were in great shape for the end of May, and the chargrilled were done well. The Boudin balls suck but the boudin egg rolls were good. Boiled and fried shrimp were top notch. It was packed but pretty well staffed. Touché Clawdaddys
