That chicken looks amazing, and I've decided I'm baking chicken this week.
Care to share your process? Looks juicy and flavorful so I want to know how you cooked it.

Of course.
It's basically a beer can chicken baked in the oven.
I rubbed down a five lb bird with olive oil and sprinkled some rub all the way around. (I used Weber BBQ rub)
Drop the oven rack to the second to lowest rack and preheat to 375. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place a can of beer or whatever liquid you prefer in an upright beer can chicken gadget and place it up the bird's cavity.
I baked at 375 for about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes.
It turned out really well and very juicy. Just make sure it reads 165 internal before cutting it up.

Always share with your bartender…I don’t know much but I know who to take care of. :)

Did Louisiana's Crawfish Time on Verot this afternoon and they were good, as usual. Medium sized and peeled easy.
