Doing another Sunday chicken sauce piquante. I'm working on tweaking my recipe, and I think I've finally got it where I want it.

Eating only from the freezer this week. I wrote down the inventory but I have no idea what this one is, so it’s up first.
Edit - Nevermind. It smells like gumbo and I don’t want that. Back to the freezer. We will defrost chili instead and have Caesar salad with it.

Nuggets and fries for the gaggle of kids my daughter has sleeping over. Catfish, hush puppies, fries and akrahaul for adults.
