Great color on that. I did stovetop roast last night, which I don’t normally do. Came out great.

Bacon wrapped chicken thighs, roasted potatoes with everything but the bagel seasoning, and roasted cauliflower and broccoli

And a mimosa because I found an open bottle of champagne in the fridge

Thanks. My husband and I are very satisfied with the Mississippi roast in the crock pot, but if I’m also feeding our son and daughter-in-law, it’s pot roast on the stove. He wants to feel the love.

Decided to go to a Beef O Brady’s because it was by this hotel. Had the Cuban. . I chose poorly.
