GreenAid from WF. One at breakfast and another for dinner when I don't have any plans for those meals. Not on a juice diet just trying to balance out all the crap I put in my body.
Have you noticed any changes? Good or bad?

Getting a juicer is worth it, IMO. They have many options as far as quality and price are concerned.

Living in NOLA it's too hard to go strait juice diet. Last week was my 1st week of subbing some meals with juice. I like it. Juicing it myself seems like a pain in the arse.Yes, I would save some money but the way I see it is I'm already saving money by not eating out.

I tried that for almost 3 days for moral support. Dude, I was dying. Shits expensive and I was always tired at work.

Not worth it.

I understand. It's not a pain in the arse for me, it's kind of fun to create things. But it does take time to clean up (less than 3 min for me), so there's that. Keep on juicin'!

Everyone I've ever known to buy a juicer regrets it and stops using it after a week or two.

Emboslice must be motivated! Lol

I probably wouldn't use one for a week, even. Embo is a vegan, though, I believe, so it makes since for him/her.

Feeling very puny. Probably a little tomato salad and broccoli soup. Not in the mood for the pork roast, though it's so darn good.

I have no idea why, but for some reason breakfast for dinner was called "Sunday night supper" in my family. I have never heard this anywhere else and now have the urge to ask the origins.
