BBQ shop down the street changed owners. Brisket was good, ribs moist and great with good smoke. Horseradish potato salad excellent, baked beans were ok but had chucks of brisket in it. I’ll be back to try more stuff.

I thought Fish stick tacos were kinda my own lil secret …love doing this and changing up the fillings for variety.

Oh yea, I can have the option of different brands of fish sticks and a high end rotator option like a rotator tap. This is coming together nicely.
