Cooked up a couple of pounds of Navy Beans today. I put them to soak overnight last night and lots of diced ham and sliced Polish sausage were the meats.
I decided to whip up a pan of garlicky cheese drop biscuits too!
Smelling these beans cooking this afternoon made me extra hungry.
The biscuits were pretty dang good!
Oh and no Tabasco on white beans, I like sport pepper vinegar hot sauce for this.

Man that looks good and the next posters looks great too.
I just got back from Rouse's and got a select rib eye for just over 5 bucks, getting ready to expire. And a small pre-made Cobb Salad.

Bacon cheeseburgers with portobello bun. Was good but quickly turned into a knife and fork situation.

How did you cook that pork chop? Just pan fried? Is that a double cut pork chop?

Thick cut, don't know about double cut. Yes, in the skillet in a little olive oil. Seasoned with Montreal Steak seasoning.
