4junior had a baseball game. Said game was cancelled due to weather 15 minutes prior to the first pitch. FIL picked up Bear’s Poboys at 3pm before they closed for the day for us to eat after the game.

Must be Burger Night.
We had burgers on French bread here.
Of course the skies decided to open up as I began to cook outdoors on the patio. For a second I thought there was a tornado out in front of the house.
Started off with griddling a large diced onion.
Then I put some hand cut fries in my new electric fryer.
Burgers went on next.......
Then it was time to eat!!!
I tried crunchy fried pickles on this one. Not bad.

Some trinity, lots of butter, crawfish tails, and blue crab meat over blackened catfish and rice. Not sure what you call that but it was good.

I didn’t like the shrimp at my local rouses so I used crawfish instead. I also doubled the amount of garlic the recipe called for. I’ll definitely make again.
