Had some fried oysters off Ruth’s bar menu in Atlanta about 4:30. Back at airport. Maybe a liquid dessert

They were good and salty. Very clean with some green onion vegetation/seaweed flavor. Needed them after hiking the Cliffs of Moher today.

Caprese panini.

Pesto, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, spinach/arugula, balsamic glaze on ciabatta.

I don't have a panini press so I weighed it down with some cast iron.

Sour cream & onion chips

Did you end up taking the trail the whole way in to Doolin?

O'Connor's pub had great live music. We ended up staying the night there at The Lodge.

Only Tour guided stop we took the whole trip. We enjoyed the driver and his stories. Wanted to explore at our own pace without the normal tourist crowds or time schedule. (Spent an extra night in Cork when we found a Church with a music concert) We stopped at Pub in Doolin and had lunch with the bus.
