?I didn't feel like cooking much for dinner tonight so I made homemade waffles and pan griddled Jalapeno/pineapple sausage with a side of strawberries.

Not too bad for a midweek evening meal!

Spaghetti. I bought canned San Marzanos for the first time this afternoon and used them. Game changer.

seared salmon and rice bowls with radish, avocado, turnip pickles, and cucumber
cut pineapple
agua
peanut butter cup

I tossed medium grain rice with a little rice wine vinegar and sesame oil to approximate sushi rice and it turned out pretty good

Also my wife turned us on to the Costco salmon; 20 bucks for a nice side skin on feeds us twice. If you are looking to add salmon to your rotation it’s a winner

Whole chicken in the crockpot then broiled in the oven to crisp up skin. Will make chicken and rice and chicken salad. Returned the bones to the juices in the pot and will simmer over night and strain in the morning for stock.
