Cooked a couple of pounds of Louisiana crawfish this afternoon in a crawfish etouffee.



Also baked some biscuits

I'm not feeling so hot tonight. Pulled out a pack of gumbo from the freezer. I'm gonna eat that with a crisp 2019 vintage Theraflu and pass the hell out.

That etouffee and corn looks good, though. I wish I had that instead.

Agreed...rest looked good but those biscuits were speaking to me

Chicken topped with pesto, spinach, artichoke hearts, tomato, mozzarella cheese

There are a couple of those biscuits left. I'm thinking I'm going to slice 'em, put 'em in the toaster and slather with butter and honey in a few minutes with a cup of hot coffee.
