That looks pretty much like mine does. How did you like it? Did you do the grits like I do or did you go another direction?
I have used both tasso and pure pork smoked sausage. I think I prefer the tasso but the sausage version is really awesome also. Also, for presentation, I lightly dust the plated grits with paprika and thinly sliced green onions.
