Mini sweet pepper “nachos”. Melted the cheese into the beef instead of using it as a topping - much better.

My other half had A. DAY. so we walked down to the neighborhood brewery to eat and drink our feelings.
I had loaded chili cheese tots. He had a hot dog topped with brisket and cheese and some other stuff, and a few forkfuls of my tots.
Couple rounds of beers.

My oldest daughter took us to Nacho Daddy this past weekend. I am not a nacho person. However, what I had made me and my wife decide we need to try nachos more.

LL, what’s that sauce on top? Like a chipotle ranch or something? Looks delicious. Adding this to my list.
