Ladies and Gents I’m out kicking my coverage to a beautiful, hardworking lady tomorrow. Guests from South Louisiana to San Diego so we went simple.

Navy Cove Oysters with condiments and a champagne vinaigrette.
Vermilion Parish jambalaya from one of the best cooks I know.
Low country boil(didn’t know they called it this until I moved to Alabama) shrimp, corn, sausage, potatoes, and mushrooms.
Jamaican friends are doing jerk chicken, curry goat, rice and beans!

Will be a beautiful day of Sunshine on the beach. Hope to get some pictures.

Thanks Otis2!

Tonight was a challenge with us Catholics on the first Friday of Lent. The smoked pork loin was so good that I’ll ask for forgiveness later.

Congratulations to the two of you!

Menu sounds delicious, and laid back, which is my kind of celebration.

I hope y'all have a beautiful day

Congrats, mailman. Hate I missed you on the navy cove oyster tour this past summer, but best of luck to you and your new bride. Menu looks fantastic!

L Boogie Thank you!

Plenty of beer and wine. Doing a wine pairing with the Oysters. I’ll be sipping on Zaya rum on the rocks.

We had jerked frog legs and fried catfish last night. Shrimp étouffée and crawfish fettuccine the night before. Hopefully my suit fits.

Congratulations. Sounds like some great food.

Also, cross post this on the rant. They will make you a deity for not scheduling it during football season.
