I hate to come off defending Walk-Ons, because I really only eat there about 3 times a year. But it just isn't as bad ANYMORE as people claim. It used to be pretty bad. But if you can't find something decent to eat there, then you're just being disagreeable.

Still, I'm not going to choose Walk-Ons on my own when there are better alternatives. Give me The Chimes instead every day of the week.

As far as food only (no price argument), I 100% agree.

Fat.

In all seriousness, I know 240 is normal for tall people, but being 100lbs (for the first time in my life--triple digits), that sounds insane!

That's 2.4x me!

Of course 6'6" is basically 2 feet taller than me.

Agreed. If I get dragged there and I'm not having to pay then yes not finding something I can order without complaining would be being disagreeable; but choosing not to go there at all because the food is shite given the price is reasonable in my opinion.

We pregame there if we aren't setting up the tailgate. I have absolutely no problem going there to meet up and have a bite and a brew before going to the stadium. The large cheese fries are massive and was plenty for the three of us. The three Fat Tires I had and the Canebrake the GF had were all cold and fresh tasting. The costs are not far off from the other drinking establishments in the area. The server/bartender was attentive and friendly. All in all, a very enjoyable experience. Not a bad spot to pregame.

That said, they have improved 1000 fold from what they were like last year. Just my opinion of course.

Ahh, the ultimate sign that there's nothing else with which to argue in favor of a place: "the beer was cold." As if there are alternate restaurants and bars out there serving hot beer.

Ill give it to them that they do clean their lines regularly, unlike some places in BR.

But giving them props on the beer being cold is laughable. When is the last time you ordered a beer at a restaurant and it wasnt cold?

So I just got back.

I had the blackjack chicken sandwich which was pretty good. My only complaint about it is that I wish they would not have cut the breast into 2 pieces to make it easier for them to cook. The 2 breast pieces slid around against each other trying to slide out the side of the sandwich.

Also, they will not add cheese to your fries AT ALL. Not even for an upcharge. Which I think is bullshite. I don't want a massive pile of cheese fries that I cannot eat. I just want a lil cheese on my fries.
