Ya know, I've done regular Cochon a bunch but never butcher.
Might be a good Sunday lunch option.

Saturday dinner will be Peche again.

They actually changed the route this year to include more of the WHD. Want to say it goes right down Julia now. Might not be a bad idea to catch it around there.
