Looks good man, you put together a few solid videos. It's a shame you only have 33 subscribers (as of last night) I like your style man.

I hate to watch a 20 minute video of something that takes 5 minutes to cook.

Good video. Short and sweet as the others said.

Wouldn't you typically use 1LB of crawfish with 1 LB of pasta and 1 stick of butter? Seems like this batch should have had more crawfish. But prob closer to how the jazzfest version is served, sparsely populated with crawfish.

Yeah best case scenario is 1:1 proportion of butter/crawfish/pasta...more crawfish the better

I am not aware of wine in the recipe, but I do enjoy a good wine reduction sauce.

I serve my crawfish etouffee over blackened catfish or blackened redfish. I believe this would work. Come on crawfish season.
