What are some good options? My daughter is headed to NOLA for a couple of days.

There aren't a lot of fully vegan places in NOLA, but more have sprouted up.
Seed uptown is completely vegan and from my understanding the best of the bunch.
In terms of Vegetarian and Vegan:
Tal's Hummus
Sneaky Pickle
Places that have excellent Vegetarian/Vegan options:
1000 Figs (falafel)
Carmo
Satsuma
Note: Not even remotely vegetarian or vegan, just like to have something different once in awhile.

Seed has always underwhelmed me. Carmo is great on the other hand.

I'm a Green Goddess fan and what isn't vegetarian can be.
And that beet hummus is great.
