Urban South K&B beer

So, this is a thing that's happening. USB made a fruit beer and slapped the K&B logo on it. Not sure how the two are connected, but I guess anything for a buck. 
Does nostalgia branding work if the new thing has nothing to do with the thing you're nostalgic for?

It looks awesome. I want it just for the look. I think the actual beer kind of sounds gross.
FYI, Urban South does not get permission, to my knowledge, to use trademarked stuff in a lot of their beers, like their Cinnamon Toast Crunch one or the Frutti Pebbles one. They are limited editions so they just count on them being gone and never getting sued.
I'm sure they didn't get permission for this either.
Still, awesome looking can.

no it's still completely unrelated to the original brand

no. k&b had a beer, you know. they made an actual k&b beer. and it wasn't a fruit beer. it's a brand rip off.

Am I the only one that thinks Urban South is going overboard on new releases? Many of them are $20 a 4-pack as well.
I don't even order from them anymore because it's too much volume and price.

Everyone is $17-24 depending on what it is. $20 is fairly decent for that type of release.
