FWIW I thought your dish was the most visually appealing. I just have a thing for Asian shrimp dishes.

I can only vote for 3? So many great ones to choose from. This thread, this idea delivers bigly.

1. Holygrale...I was fortunate enough to taste it, and was heavenly.
2. JaxTiger — chili garlic jam
3. Darla

I feel dirty not having a few others in my top 3. Really amazing-looking dishes. These are the 3 I’d shove in my mouth first.

Thanks!

I vote on which ones I would want to eat & Jax's chili jam is a dish I know I would enjoy eating.

Just give me the rice & the sweet garlic-chili sauce with an ice cold Singha & I'd be set!

Sorry to be a rule dork, but can we specify the dish with the poster? Jax has 2 great dishes! So I can't tell if the votes for him are for the grits, or the jam. We're voting for dishes, right?

Solid point. Or maybe make the rule if you're going to submit multiple dishes only one is competition eligible?

Voting for dishes. I will keep them separate when tallying. We’ve had two entries from people before.

Oh. You meant the voters. I think people specified previously.

Not relevant to voting, but these are some of my favorite threads on the site. I hope they continue!

So many great looking dishes.

So many good choices. If I review them again, I would probably change it.

Honorable mention are Darla's stuffed shrimp. Stuffed shrimp done right are great, but that is a dish that is so disappointing to me when I order it in a restaurant. They usually don't taste as good as they sound on the menu. Darla's looks like it delivers.

Most intriguing side dish for me is Boo's watermelon. I want to try that. If this was a watermelon challenge, he would have won...

LL's Bolognese looks great, as well and got serious consideration.

And that big arse meatball thing. I could go to town on one of those...

I could go on and mention everyone, really.

My top 3 are:

1.) Big Dropper - that ceviche looked awesome. The only flaw was that there wasn't enough on the plate. I need two plates of that

2.) Holy Grale - The texture of the fried polenta with the shrimp sounds fantastic. I only have to question why there were any leftovers for Kim the next day...

3.) MD's Shrimp in cream sauce. Too many calories, but it looks totally worth it.
