We've been since it turned over, and it was outstanding as always. They added some things, but I don't think they took anything away. The original ownership's chef is still there, and Cong is good friends with the new owners.
This roll is new, and it was awesome.

No, we just ordered what we wanted. Everything was fantastic.
Favorites of mine were the toro tartare, the A5 wagyu nigiri, and the shooters. They weren’t the normal oyster shooters— they were uni.
Oh and we had a nigiri piece that was tuna belly topped with uni, topped with caviar. Legit.
God I love to eat.

That's a hell of a spread. The effort for good presentation makes such a difference to the experience, imo. They did a great job.
