Used a few times in Houston without issue. Doordash is more prominent in my burb, but they all seem the same. Delivery fees are very reasonable, IMO.

Yep. Uber Eats is great for hungover Sundays. You can order from restaurants around town for the same price plus a small delivery fee of a couple bucks, maybe. Best part is you can track the car just like normal Uber so you know exactly when it is going to get to you.

Used it quite a few times in Boston. It's actually really convenient when you are feeling lazy or are too busy at work to leave for lunch.

I honestly am getting annoyed with waitr. I really wish I could leave the tip amount AFTER the food was delivered, or at least change it. On one occasion my food was an hour late because my original driver stopped working... no explanation...just didn't feel like driving anymore I guess and another driver had to get it... no idea who that tip even went to.

Another time of the 4 items 3 of them were wrong... recently my food was picked up 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered with no explanation or apology... and by the way the support chat is BS..no one answers till the food is delivered... then they notify you that it has been delivered....no shite.

If I have cash I will. If not, I don't. I feel bad not giving them a couple bucks though.

$5 is worth it not to have to pick up food somewhere. Hell dominoes now charges close to that to delivery a pizza

Not to me. I don't get it. I'm fully capable of just going to pick something up, and I like getting out of the house or office for a few minutes.

Its pretty perplexing to me. I don't even have pizza delivered, I do carry out.

Waitr allows you to order and pick up your food, which for me rocks.

This. My lunch hour is sacred. The last thing I want to do is be stuck in the office without getting out for a bit. So these kinds of delivery services are useless for someone like me.
