Thanks OP. Luv me some shrimp poboys.

My best were Captain Humble's pre-Katrina and Peck's now.

A Po-boy a day keeps the doctor away.

Oh great. Now you have scared him off and ruined my afternoon of cruising around NO with the greatest top ten guy on Tigerdroppings.

Any list talking about best shrimp poor boys would need to include Olde Tyme Grocery in Lafayette

This place is disgusting and I can't believe so many people think it's good.

Arguably the most forgotten poorboy shop in town. There is practically no parking in its lot and those bright mirrors are most uninviting. But the shrimp, though expensive, are incredible.

This place is fricking incredible and no one ever talks about it.

Its a hidden gem for sure, Roast Beef Poboy is incredible.

Joe's crab shack is probably better for you.

I haven't eaten one in over 10yrs but a shrimp Po-Boy dressed at the Green Store down the road is hard to beat.

Based on these inane rankings, I’d guess you’re eating retard sandwiches for lunch. Not po boys.

No love for the "special" faux po-sandwich from Darrell's in Lake Charles, TX? It really wants to be a po-boy when it grows up.
