Delicious looking. I don’t have a smoker but could I rig my gas grill to smoke?

I was basically just using the smoker like an oven... so use the oven and finish it off on the grill at high heat for a 1 min on each side.

Looks good. But I cooked two 1 inch ribeyes. With a peppercorn an coarse salt rub in a sizzling cast iron skillet that probably was just as good for a fraction of the price and total of 20 minutes of prep/ cook

The cutting boards are epicurean boards. I’ve got two of them and really like them. There have been some reports of them warping, but I haven’t had an issue and I’ve had mine for 5+ years.
