Louisiana over Tabasco generally speaking. Crystal probably has better flavor than both. I also use Sriracha a lot.

And lately I've been enjoying Melinda's Green Sauce.

Our philosophy is simple. Heat and flavor mean everything. In Melinda’s Kitchen, Green Sauce is crafted by blending together jalapeños, tomatillos, spinach, cilantro, lime juice and garlic. We also add a little red habanero or as we like to call it, a little Dragon fire! This sauce is bright, tangy, herbaceous, spicy, and delicious!

Tabasco on most Louisiana dishes- gumbo, etouffee, red beans, etc. Pizza gets sriracha, Mexican gets Cholula. The all serve a purpose.

Tabasco sriracha is very good too. Has a much more garlicky flavor that the OG Rooster sriracha.

My wife is addicted to this stuff. She put it on a salad last night. We both put it on the red beans and rice we had for dinner.

We also tried a new smoked sausage that we really like. It's called Falls Brand, from Twin Falls, Idaho. We bought it at Walmart

I like a lot of hot caused, Trader Joe's green dragon, sriracha, but Crystal is so mild it is barely a hot sauce.

On the carribean hot sauce front, Matouk's Calypso is really good too. Whatever they do to make the scoth bonnets almost sweet is a mystery, but really well done.
