I just ordered a case of the throwback ravioli from Amazon. Not a horrible price.

Has anybody tried this yet?

The last time I got the overstuffed ravioli from the store it was dissapointing. I wouldn't buy that crap again.

Unfortunately my youngest daughter loves this junk. I made her eat a bowl of fruit loops for supper just so she wouldn’t eat a total of 3 cans today.

2 was more than enough.

They don’t have Roller Coasters, the best of the old styles. They do have retro Lasagna which looks similar to Roller Coasters but will almost certainly not taste the same.

I heard the filling was a lot better. Not as many preservatives and more quality ingredients.

The third can would have been healthier, relatively speaking.

I ate this stuff, spaghetti o's pizza rolls, hot pockets, lunchables, and kid cuisines. Recently had pizza rolls and a lunchables. Pizza rolls were terrible but lunchable wasnt all that different from overly processed meat and cheese that's readily available from national sandwich joints. Thankfully my taste buds matured a bit.

We never had Chef Boyardee. Probably because we were too picky.

I was a young teenager before I ate my first pizza since I absolutely hated any cheese as a kid. I remember making those Chef Boyardee Pizzas that came in the box with the dough, sauce and cheese once I got a taste for pizza.

Back when I was a kid, there were no Dominos, Papa John's, Pizza Huts, just a few locally owned pizza joints.

Same, re the pizza in a box. A few years ago, I was telling my son about that product, and actually found it at a Rouse's in New Orleans. We made it, but it was way worse than I remembered. Oh, well.....

Funny how people's taste changes over the years. Things I ate as a kid would not come close to my lips now----spam, Vienna sausage, potted meat, canned asparagus, TV dinners are just a few of the things that come to mind.

I used to tear up some beef a roni. I would eat all the noodles first then just have a bowl of meat and sauce product.

I was that kid, except Spaghetti O’s. I don’t like any of the kinds with meat, so never liked ravioli. I still eat O’s all the time as an adult.

We ate a lot of popular store bought stuff when I was a kid, but I don’t remember eating much Chef Boyardee. I may have just forgotten, because, god knows, we ate a bunch of similar crap.

I think Iremember Hormel products, and some such

I forgot about the pizza. We definitely had those and it was always fun to make them. We added real cheese, though. I loved those pizzas and I would eat one today. Do they still sell those boxes?

I remember burning the top of my mouth on the tomato sauce every single time. I think we put too much on the pizza because we used the whole can of it.

A quick on-line search shows them selling at Wal-Mart and Amazon. Look on-line for what Wal-Mart store handle them. When I looked it said the one on Chef Hwy. had some at $4 and change each.
