Sabrett are my favorite. I get them from Restaurant Depot.

Costco food court are the best. Do they sell them in the store proper?
Pretty sure they use Nathan's. Hebrew Nationals are the best imo.
Sam's uses Nathan's. Costco used to use Hebrew National. Now Costco uses their own branded Kirkland Dinner Franks, which can be bought in the store.

I want a hot dog so bad now.

Hot Doug's had a pop up at Publican Quality Meats yesterday... Outstanding!

Sounds like it is for health reasons.

Eating hotdogs for health reasons is funny

Hot dogs are cheap, easy to cook, easy to carry around, and its funny to eat lots of hot dogs.
I pretty much live my life doing weird stuff for the sake of entertaining people and making them laugh, so.

Oscar Meyer's select turkey franks are a (relatively) healthy alternative that taste *a lot* like a regular hot dog. Mostly natural ingredients, but not really low-cal.
Nathan's is the gold standard IMO, and better than Hebrew.

I like Nathan's in natural casing the best. Only find them at Fresh Market here in Lafayette.

I tried apple gates NY style dogs this weekend.....surprisingly good. Natural casing (lamb), with a juicy garlicky flavor. Broiler FTW, even better than the grill IMHO.

I would highly recommend Boar's Head.
Also shockingly underrated, Oscar Meyer Selects.

Love me some hot dogs. Get some standard dogs and some hormel chilli. Add mustard and shredded cheddar cheese and your set

I was thinking the same. I love a good hot dog but damn, "really getting into hot dogs" kinda threw me off

Am I the only one who thinks this is strange as hell?

There is nothing more disgusting than a reheated hot dog.

the best hot dogs out there are in terms of healthiness
You might want to read up on processed meat, then rethink it before taking on the multiple hotdog per day lifestyle.
I myself have lost all faith and belief in the industry funded capitalist fueled discipline we know as nutritional education and recommend whatever brand has the highest percentage of pig butt holes. It seems like that is actually where the old time hot dog flavor folks enjoys really comes from.
No?
Then tally up the recommendations offered here and eat whatever the most TD experts recommend.
I recommend Bryan Juicy all Beef franks. Warning, they may contain trace amounts of Cow Butt holes.
Cook in your toaster oven.
