She is basically a modern SJW attention whore who makes up baseless accusations about the ingredients used in food.
When anybody on her site or fb questions her she blacklists them,(around 6k people so far), because basically she can't refute/rebutte any accusation that people throw out her without using the ol' sexist/racist card.
Imo, she is epitome of modern day internet bullshite.

You do realize she has a yoga mat in front of subway because there is ingredients in the subway bread that is the same stuff found in yoga mats. Shows how much you know...

The lady is a idiot but the airplane article is a good one. And the deleted microwave article is insane.
One part is that airplane cabins are pressurized. So it leads to compression of your body due to the pressure.
Don't mind the fact that while pressurized, the cabins are pressurized to the level you would encounter at 6,000-8,000 feet. Which is likely less pressure than most people encounter day to day.
Now, people do have effects due the pressure levels when flying. However, it's usually due to gases expanding due to lower pressure than people are accustomed to in their daily lives.
Then there is this gem regarding microwaves and their effect on water:

I'm assuming you've never read her articles. She is never right. I've posted about this dumb bitch and her clueless minions who follow her. Here's her article on beer and the craft industry destroyed her on it. She never commented on the response from craft beer, and when i posted it to her facebook page i soon became blocked.
