Not my favorite either. Kale is terrible. Beets aren’t very good.

Most other veggies i’ll eat.

Same here. I've not run into a single vegetable I'm familiar with that can be bought in the States that I wouldn't eat.

Fresh green beans and asparagus, both are too "green" for me, that's all I can taste.

I don't care for most of the squash family, but only because is doesn't have enough flavor to interest me. If someone puts it in front of me, I'll eat it.

I'll pretty much enjoy almost any other veggie. I guess spinach is my favorite, closely followed by broccoli.

I love cabbage cooked properly, overcook it "Southern Style" into mush, throw it out.

Simmer for a few hours with shallots and bacon (and fresh ground salt & black pepper).

Marinate in olive oil, red & balsamic vinegar w/ salt & pepper. Cook on grill until tender, take off and hit them w/ a little more red wine vinegar and kosher salt.

This will change your mind on both.
